Mrs Basma Khader

Formally a biology graduate, has spent over 30 years in the travel and Airline Sales Business in both a small private company and includes 27 years within the major company of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines developing her business and personal skills in order to excel in service to her customers and help the company achieve its objectives.
Her last role was that of Customer Relations Manager responsible for the booking of JD 7m worth of airline sales, 80% of which were sales via private travel Agencies. The remainder was corporate and individual sales to frequent flyers.
Responsible for booking sales leads generated by the Sales Representative, looking after all after sales support, providing advice on routing and pricing on the CORDA booking system.
Strategically Basma developed and updated the pricing and bonus structures for resellers, deciding how to stretch targets and provided incentives through promotional programmes customised for the local Jordanian market.
Training and continuous professional development has been ongoing with over 30 technical and business development programmes undertaken with KLM. These include; Booking and Ticketing, Sales, People Management, Time Management, Customer Relations and Frequent Flyer Programmes etc.
Given these skills and experience, I am now well positioned to take on the demands of running my own business.
Mrs Mary Al Bahou

Accomplished Accounts and Business Administration Manager with over 30 Years within KLM , Royal Dutch Airline in establishment Jordan.
Having initially completed Diploma in Secretarial Studies, joined KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as an executive Secretary for 10 Years,Progressing to the role of Acting Accounts Manager dealing with Forecasting of income and expenditure, preparing Profit & Loss accounts.
After 5 years was confirmed as Accounts Manager and undertook additional work in preparing balance sheets, working with the Sales department on potential and actual revenues. Was also responsible for managing the overhead costs of the operation into Jordan and dealt with all facilities management activities.
Following 7 years in the post, gained further responsibilities which included HR role as the country support for the regional office in Egypt.
This brought a new Title as Business Support Coordinator which encompassed all the Accounting and HR functions. This included processing salaries and bonus payments, processing leave applications, dealing with discipline matters, recording appraisals and training records. All aspects of HR that needed to be recorded administered and reported to the Regional HR.
Such a role lead to be the center of knowledge of all activities within KLM Jordan, and was a direct report to the country manager and accountable to KLM Regional HR.
Training and continuous professional development has been ongoing with over 30 years, financial, computing and business development programs undertaken with KLM. These include, advanced accounting, and decentralized accounting Systems, P & L forecasting and regular updates on financial and IT Systems
Given these skills and experience, I am now well positioned to take on the demands of running my own business.
